Petrol Price Malaysia Weekly Live Updates (RON95, RON97 & Diesel) from 1 -7 May 2025

According to the Minister of Finance, the Government has maintained the retail price of RON97 at RM3.18 per litre and maintained the price of diesel in Peninsular Malaysia at RM2.88 per litre from 1 May 2025 to 7 May 2025.

The Government stated that it will continue to monitor market developments and adjust RON97 and diesel fuel’s retail prices based on global oil market fluctuations, whilst supporting price stability.

Therefore, based on the weekly retail pricing of petroleum products using the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM) formula, the retail prices of petroleum products from 1 May 2025 to 7 May 2025 are fixed as follows:

• The retail price of RON97 petrol remains unchanged at RM3.18 per litre;
• The retail price of RON95 petrol remains unchanged at RM2.05 per litre;
• The retail price of diesel in Peninsular Malaysia remains unchanged at RM2.88 per litre; and
• The retail price of diesel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan remains unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
